Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.
  • Generate and qualify leads through site visits, calls, and networking.
  • Prepare proposals, estimates, and pricing for HVAC projects.
  • Collaborate with contractors, architects, and building owners to offer tailored solutions.
  • Conduct sales presentations and site inspections.
  • Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors on technical requirements and logistics.
  • Participate in trade shows, seminars, and promotional events.
  • Continuously build knowledge in HVAC technologies, market trends, and customer needs.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in HVAC, construction, or a related industry.
  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and independent.
  • Willingness to travel and visit client/project sites.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle.
