RAC Technician (Refrigeration and Air Conditioning)

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilty:

• Repair Air-Conditioning Machines and Equipment.
• Responsible for Maintaining Cold Storage Equipment and Air-Conditioning Unit whether further Inspection or Service may be required.
• Analyze and record test results, and prepare written testing documentation
• Troubleshoot Aircon and Cold Storage Equipments. Give recommendation based on assessment done on the units
• Install parts and hardware in Unit Housing or Assembles, Using Soldering, Cutting, and Flaring Tools and Equipments.
• Test Performance of all Cold Storage and Aircon Equipment’s and its Mechanical Assembly.
• Perform Minor Electrical Repair. and other home appliances.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Vocational or Technical Certification in RAC Servicing or related field.
• TESDA NC II Certification in RAC Servicing (preferred).
• At least 1–2 years of experience in refrigeration and air conditioning maintenance/repair
• Strong knowledge in installation, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of AC and refrigeration systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals
• Skilled in using electrical tools and testing equipment
• Good physical condition and ability to work in varying environments
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance with industry standards

Location: Landing Catarman, Liloan Cebu City.

Schedule: 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary
